Terms of Service
Last Modified: June 04, 2026
Welcome to TalkLink.live ("TalkLink", "Service"). These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement outlining active rules governing access and usage of our browser-based remote recording platform.
1. Account Creation and Registration
To host remote studios or premium meetings on TalkLink, you must be at least 18 years of age and create an authorized user account using password credentials or third-party OAuth (e.g. Google Login). You agree to provide accurate email metadata and maintain secure login credentials.
2. Service Scope and Local Delivery
TalkLink operates as a browser-native local studio editor. You acknowledge that audio and video feeds are cached directly inside client RAM cache devices and compile locally to download. TalkLink maintains no databases of your recordings. You are solely responsible for ensuring adequate device memory before starting sessions.
3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our streaming network, code, or active canvas tools to:
- Record material violating state, federal, or country privacy laws without active co-host consent.
- Impedingly scan or try to manipulate WebRTC peer-connection signals.
- Violate the intellectual property privileges of custom watermark layouts.
- Conduct illegal, unsafe, or abusive speech panel recording events.
4. Limitation of Liability and Guarantees
TalkLink.live provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as available" basis with zero explicit warranties on local browser memory stability. In no event shall TalkLink be liable for lost co-host recording frames, browser system crashes, or secondary data losses.
By launching a free or premium room, you accept these terms. Discontinuing usage of the applet voids future contractual agreements.
