At TalkLink.live, we respect user confidentiality above all else. We are committed to protecting data privacy under an architectural philosophy of data minimization: we cannot leak what we do not collect.
1. Isolated Browser Local Recording
Traditional meeting software uploads video data feeds directly onto cloud server databases. TalkLink.live does not operate this way. Our recording software isolates guest feeds directly inside volatile browser cache memory (RAM) locally on each client device. No media packets are uploaded, stitched, or cached on our backend servers.
2. Information We Collect
We restrict account data retention to minimal diagnostic configurations, specifically:
- Profile Metadata: Name, authenticated email coordinates, and login state identifiers required to manage premium creator tiers.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous local diagnostics, connection pings, and page view patterns to prevent server load spikes.
- Studio Session Parameters: Temporary active room IDs and participant join tallies. All stream media bypasses this database completely.
3. Third-Party Web Services
We integrate secure credit transactions through premium card processors (such as Stripe) and authorize accounts using Firebase OAuth. These companies maintain independent privacy policies. We never sell, track, or share creator contact directories with marketing networks.
TalkLink.live is fully compliant with modern data minimization principles, GDPR standards, and privacy protection protocols. Closing your active browser meeting purges the local browser cache immediately.
