Refund Policy

At TalkLink.live, we aim to provide local browser recording software that meets the expectation of modern broadcasters and interview teams. However, because local recording renders files strictly inside volatile client RAM cache, performance depends partly on hardware configuration and browser updates.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If our premium billing tiers fail to deliver satisfactory performance due to software bugs or capability constraints, you may submit a refund ticket within 14 calendar days of initial subscription payment. We will refund the transaction fee in full.

2. Exclusions to Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Transactions passing the 14-day refund ticket submission viewport limit.
  • Subscriptions where more than 3 high-resolution downloads were completed during the billing cycle.
  • Intentional network disruption claims or fraudulent creation of multiple tester accounts.
  • Guest device hardware failure issues separate from TalkLink browser stream coordinates.

3. How to Process Your Refund

To claim a refund, please send an message through our Support Portal or contact us at support@talklink.live. Be sure to reference your login email, transaction invoice reference ID, and a brief description of the technical canvas issue encountered.

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original funding card device in 5 to 10 standard banking operation business days depending on processor protocols.
