Disclaimer
Last Modified: June 04, 2026
Please read this disclaimer carefully before conducting recording sessions on TalkLink.live. By accessing, co-anchoring, or using our browser studio options, you acknowledge and agree to the technical limitations described herein.
1. Local Device Memory & RAM Buffer Risks
TalkLink operates strictly in-memory (inside your client browser's volatile RAM cache). We do not upload video streams to remote server databases. Because of this, if your computer runs out of physical memory or disk storage mid-session, or if chrome forcefully terminates your active tab, your current recording cache buffer will be lost. We are not responsible for lost sessions or files resulting from system memory fatigue.
2. Permission & Hardware Compatibility
Recording quality depends strictly on client hardware: microphone types, webcam models, GPU acceleration support, and browser updates. TalkLink cannot bypass default browser security configurations. Hosts and guests must manually allow camera and microphone inputs.
3. Interactive Content Accuracy
Any blogs, tutorials, articles, or layout recommendations hosted on TalkLink.live are for informational, creative co-anchoring assistance only. We make no guarantees of audience metrics, YouTube viral performance, or audio-mastering outcomes.
Disclaimer Statement: TalkLink.live holds zero liability for data losses, memory failures, unpermitted recordings, or third-party stream connectivity problems. Always perform a 10-second test record before critical live panels.
